Moving Past Winter

Sometimes I wish I could just slow time down a little bit. It seems to go by faster and faster the older I get.

I think that's what photos do for me. If I pull out my camera, life seems to stop in time. Taking a photo helps me laugh at a situation instead of scream. Pictures savor the past and are always looked upon with fondness and laughter... even if it was a tense situation at the time.

Then there's the changing of the season. Craziness reigns as we wash all of the snow gear and separate the gloves, hats, scarves, snow pants, coats, and boots into their separate bins to be stored... until... there's a cold spell in the summer and it all gets pulled back out.

I am determined to put it away! At least it gets washed. It's all good.
